📜 STANLEY MILL FURNITURE – AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1️⃣ Bidding & Auction Rules

  • How Bidding Works — All bids must be placed through the Auction Today app on the product page.
  • Bid Increments — Minimum increments apply as shown on each listing.
  • Binding Bids — All bids are final. No bid retractions.
  • Soft Finish — If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the auction extends until bidding stops.

2️⃣ Payment (IMPORTANT – No Shopify Checkout)

  • Payment Method — All payments must be made by bank transfer or cash on collection.
  • No Shopify Checkout — Checkout is disabled. You will NOT be asked to pay online.
  • Payment Deadline — Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction ending.
  • Non‑Payment Policy — If the winning bidder does not pay within 48 hours, the item will be relisted and the bidder's account may be blocked from future auctions.

3️⃣ Collection & Delivery

  • Collection Rules — Collection required within 48 hours unless agreed otherwise.
  • Collection Address — Stanley Mill Furniture, Swinless Street, Burnley, BB10 3BN.
  • Delivery Option — Delivery available via 3rd‑party courier. Items must be paid in full before dispatch.

4️⃣ After the Auction Ends

  • Winner Notification — The Auction Today app will notify the winning bidder by email.
  • Next Steps — You will receive payment instructions and collection details directly from Stanley Mill Furniture.
  • Ownership Transfer — Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

5️⃣ Item Condition & Descriptions

  • Used Goods — Most items are pre‑owned; signs of age or wear should be expected.
  • Accuracy — Items are described as accurately as possible.
  • Viewing — Viewings can be arranged before bidding where possible.

6️⃣ Behaviour & Fair Use

  • Respectful Conduct — Abusive behaviour will result in removal from the site.
  • Fair Bidding — No fake bids, no trolling, no time‑wasting.
  • Blocking Policy — Repeat non‑payers or disruptive users will be blocked.

7️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

  • Agreement — By placing a bid, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
