Return & Refund Policy — Stanley Mill Furniture and Antiques

All Sales All items are sold as described, with condition notes provided in each listing. As a seller of antique, vintage, and pre-owned furniture, all pieces are sold with the understanding that they may show signs of age, wear, and patina consistent with their history. This is part of their character and is not considered a fault.

Returns We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@gojcfurniture.co.uk.

Returns may be accepted at our discretion where an item has been significantly and materially misdescribed. We are not able to accept returns on the basis of change of mind.

Where a return is agreed, items must be returned in the same condition as received. The cost of return delivery is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was misdescribed.

Condition & Descriptions We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, including noting any faults, repairs, or restoration. All statements regarding age, provenance, maker, or period are given in good faith as opinions and are not warranties of fact.

Electrical items are tested for basic safety where possible. Full working condition cannot be guaranteed on second-hand goods.

Delivery & Collection Delivery of large or fragile items is arranged individually and quoted prior to purchase. Please contact us to discuss delivery options before ordering. Items may also be collected from our showroom at Stanley Mill, Units 44 & 45, Swinless Street, Burnley, BB10 3BN by prior arrangement.
